You must be 18+ to participate in our classes/events. No exceptions.
Single Classes expire 2 months from date of purchase.
5 & 10 Class Pass expires 3 months from date of purchase.
First class must be used 1 month from the date of purchase.
Single Open Practice expires 2 months from date of purchase.
10 Open Practice Pack expires 4 months from date of purchase.

6 hour cancellation policy in place. Class size is limited; if you know you will not be able to join the class, please cancel within 6 hours. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit their class credit.
After 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to cancel any future classes you are currently signed up for.
If you cannot make it please, late cancel your class. We understand that things happen, but if possible, please help out your fellow polers and free up those spots!
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to class to check in and get settled. You will not be allowed to join class if you are more than 5 minutes late and forfeit your class fee. The warm-up is THE most important part of your workout. If you miss the warm-up, it is dangerous to join the class and disruptive to the students/instructor.
Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Merchandise is non-refundable unless it is found to be defective. Notify us within 5 days of purchase to receive a studio credit.
No Spectator Policy
No spectators are allowed to sit in and watch during classes/parties/events at the studio.
No photography/video is allowed during class time. Photos and videos can be taken during Open Practice Time with the explicit permission of the staff and any other clients that may appear in the photo/video.
Treat everyone with respect. The studio is a safe space and any student seen being disrespectful to another will be removed promptly.
You must have an instructor, not another student, show you pole dance moves. Our instructors are certified and trained to teach in their form of dance/fitness. It is important for everyone's safety that this rule is respected.
No lotion or jewelry should be worn to class. For pole classes, you will be required to wear shorts and a comfortable sleeveless top. Skin is required to grip the pole and keep you safe.
For choreography classes it is recommend to wear kneepads.

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed to be consumed prior to any physical activities at the studio. Consumption of alcohol or drugs places you, the students, instructors and Happy Kiss staff in danger. We reserve the right to refuse service, without refund or credit, to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated.
Workshops, Showcases & Open Practice
Workshops, Showcases & Open Practice are not included in class passes or contracts.
Minimum participation required to run each workshop varies depending on the workshop. In the event that minimums are not met, a credit will be issued to your account. Your prepaid registration serves as your commitment to participate. If you cannot attend the workshop or showcase, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place.
No refunds will be issued and no credits will be issued after minimums are met.
Do not attend classes if you are pregnant until you are cleared by your doctor. A written doctor's release is required prior to signing up to classes.
