LEVEL CLASSES

LEVEL 1


Never taken a pole class before? This is where you wanna go! Learn the fundamentals of pole dance in this movement focused call. You will work on the foundational movement of pole dance and putting everything together into combinations. The instructor will safely guide you and provide modifications when needed. You do not need to be strong to pole dance - the whole reason to come to class is to get stronger! What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. A pair of shorts and a comfortable workout top. Shorts are needed so you can stick to the pole. Fabric will make you slip off!




LEVEL 2


Level 2 Have you taken Level 1 and feel like you need an extra challenge? Check with your instructor to see if you’re ready to sign up for Level 2! This class will focus on the more challenging Level 1 tricks like as Angel, Figure 4, Basic Superman, Cradle Spin and more! Level: Talk to your instructor to see if you’re ready to sign up. Students should be able to climb the pole and know their basic spins prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. A pair of shorts and a comfortable workout top. Shorts are needed so you can stick to the pole. Fabric will make you slip off!




LEVEL 3


You've graduated from Level 2 to Level 3 -- Congrats!! Get ready to get upside down. In this class, we will work on Inverting, Inside and Outside Leg hangs as well as other foundational pole tricks. Life is better upside down! Level: Talk to your instructor about completing your Level 2 evaluation prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. A pair of shorts and a comfortable workout top. Shorts are needed so you can stick to the pole. Fabric will make you slip off!




LEVEL 4/5


Take your pole fundamentals to new heights in this challenging pole tricks class! You love the upside down life and you can’t get enough. Our instructors will safely guide you into new tricks that will challenge your flexibility, strength and stamina! Get ready to WORK. Level: Talk to your instructor about completing your Level 3 evaluation prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. A pair of shorts and a comfortable workout top. Shorts are needed so you can stick to the pole. Fabric will make you slip off!





CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES

ROCK & POLE


Rock & Pole is a choreography class! Every month, a new choreography will be introduced so you can keep coming back every week and improve on your new skills. In Rock & Pole you will learn how to add flair and fun to your pole spins and floorwork moves as you jam out to some of your favorite rock songs! Level: This is an all levels class, modifications will be provided for upper and lower level students. It is recommended that you have taken at least a couple of Level 1 classes prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. Kneepads. 3. Layers are recommended - pack a pair of shorts and leggings. 4. Heels are recommended but not required.




SLAY


Slay is a choreography class! Every month, a new choreography will be introduced so you can keep coming back every week and improve on your new skills. Get ready to SLAY. In this class we will break down a sultry choreography step-by-step, leaving you feeling fierce and confident. This class is HEELS friendly so pack your tallest pair and let's get clackin'! ;) Level: This is an all levels class, modifications will be provided for upper and lower level students. It is recommended that you have taken at least a couple of Level 1 classes prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. Kneepads. 3. Layers are recommended - pack a pair of shorts and leggings. 4. Heels are recommended but not required.




EXOTIC


Exotic is a choreography class! Every month, a new choreography will be introduced so you can keep coming back every week and improve on your new skills. This class will focus on shoulder engagement and strengthening exercises as well as internal and external isolations of the hips for dazzling leg waves. If you are looking for a low-flow slinky dance class you found it! Level: This is an all levels class, modifications will be provided for upper and lower level students. It is recommended that you have taken at least a couple of Level 1 classes prior to signing up for this class. What to bring: 1. No lotion or jewelry. 2. Kneepads. 3. Layers are recommended - pack a pair of shorts and leggings. 4. Heels are recommended but not required.

LEVEL EVALUATIONS:

Students who would like to move up a Level are encouraged to request an evaluation from their Level Instructor. The instructor will advise you on whether or not you are ready to move up a Level. Students can spend months/years in their Level. Don't rush it! Enjoy your individual pole journey. Use the lists below as reference for moves you should know and feel comfortable in before moving up in Levels.
