Learn the fundamentals of pole dance in this challenging and energetic class. You will work on pole climbs, sits, basic spins and beginner tricks like Superman, Figure 4 and Angel. The instructor will safely guide you and provide modifications when necessary. Once you have mastered all of the Level 1 fundamentals, ask an instructor about moving up to Level 2 classes!
This class is for Level 1 polers who have mastered their climbs and feel like they need more time to work on their Level 1 tricks.
This class will focus on the more challenging Level 1 moves such as Angel, Figure 4, Basic Superman, Cradle Spin and much more!
This is the perfect class for polers who would like to build up their strength for their future Level 2 classes.
You've graduated from Level 1 to Level 2 -- Congrats!! Get ready to get upside down. In this class, we will work on Inverting, Inside and Outside Leg hangs as well as other foundation skills. Life is better upside down!
Once you have mastered all of your Level 2 skills, it's time to put all of your foundation moves to the test! The best way to wind down from the work week is to visit the studio, strap on a pair of heels and dance it out! This class will go over basic to more advance floor work moves. Great for those who need to work on perfecting their freestyles.
Bring a pair of kneepads. This class will include a number of moves that may be uncomfortable to do without knee pads. Heels and attire that makes you feel sexy is recommended!
Increase your range of mobility while we target your hip flexors, hamstrings, neck and back. This workout will include an intense warm-up followed by deep stretching and or myofascial release. More flexibility will help you master your flexy tricks on the pole. We recommend taking these techniques and practicing them at home for more visible results in your flexibility.
Feel like you just need a little more time to practice your moves? Sign up for practice time! This is not a guided class, but supervised pole practice time. Every student is guaranteed one pole.
Students who would like to move up a Level are encouraged to request an evaluation from their Level Instructor. The instructor will advise you on whether or not you are ready to move up a Level.
